Amazing customer serviceDaniel was absolutely amazing when we next need a car, he will be the first person we ask (already recommended to 3 of my friends). If they do not have the car you are looking for they will also search for a car for you. You have your own slot so that you can look at the car without anyone else around, Daniel is nearby to help and leaves you to look at the car to not put any pressure on you, he was really friendly and helpful. We don't know too much about cars so were nervous about buying second-hand, the 6-month warranty reduced our worries but Daniel removed our worries completely, he gets the car MOTed when you agree you would like the car and ensures everything is corrected before you get it. There was a minor washer part that needed to be shipped in from Japan so Daniel ordered this in, took it to a Nissan dealer and gave us a courtesy car whilst it was fitted. Aftercare service is brilliant we emailed with a couple of questions and he responded quickly and gave great advice. Thanks again Daniel for the amazing service and we love our Nissan Qashqai :)

Excellent customer care and service

Purchased a Jaguar F type over Christmas and the whole process was really easy and efficient. Daniel James Cars Ltd answered all my questions very quickly and provided excellent videos of the car and dealt with the part exchange of my car in a super fast and friendly manner.

Buying a second-hand car made easy

I have not had to buy a car for many years due to the job I had, so I needed someone to guide me through the process. Daniel was so helpful, as I was a bit apprehensive, but his no-quibble return policy certainly made my decision a no-brainer. The Porsche Boxster S is an 07 plate but you would not know it as it's in perfect condition, not a mark inside or out. The car was delivered when promised, even though I am in Sheffield and Daniel even told me to make sure I use premium petrol as Porsche enjoys this. A nice touch. Excellent service - highly recommend

Buying a car from Daniel James in November 2020 and I cannot recommend them enough. I hadn’t bought a second-hand car from a dealer before and was slightly apprehensive. Any concern I may have had disappeared immediately, Daniel and the team are hugely professional and customer service is second to none. The car I bought is fantastic and used as our daily driver. Any niggly issues Daniel sorted without any issue. Will be buying a car from Daniel James again.
